Objectives:

Develop sensitivity and the construction of harmonious forms and proportional applied to the Urbanism, Architecture and the Design; – Provide students with the knowledge inherent in the structure of forms and spaces, understood as forms of the operative conceptual process. – Provide the students with comprehensive and analytical theory, organized under the formal and conceptual point of view that maximizes and optimizes the projectual intervention.

Programme:

I. Introduction of the constructions of paper forms – Principles of the construction of shapes in paper; – Knowledge of theoretical concepts in the construction of paper shapes and its aplication in architecture and design.

II. Application of sustainable materials, like: – Paper and similar materials; – Cane and Bamboo; – Cork; – Sisal, etc..;

III. Morphogenesis – Identification of intrinsec geometries based on sustainable materials; – Exploration morphological reasoning in the development of three-dimensional models;

IV. Prototyping – Principles and techniques of fast prototyping; – three-dimensional models Transformation into prototyping models; – Developing Models from fast prototyping
